Spent the today (January 16) skiing at
Tryst lake. We saw a hard shear down about 45cm in a wind loaded area and observed moderate winds loading the
main chutes through out the day. There has been a lot of traffic in this area
and this made for difficult skiing in the chutes. The other side (super slope)
also had lots of tracks but had better ski quality.
