Hello,
Went for a tour up to Crowfoot pass
yesterday. Student dug profiles at about 7000' at the edge of tree line showed
the surface hoar well preserved (1cm) down about 25-30cm. Compression tests
gave very easy to easy results in this wind loaded area. Surprisingly no
settlements were observed through out the day.
Keep your heads up!
