Had great conditions up on Mt Aberdeen and Haddo today, climbing the North glacier and descending the same way. Cool temps and some light snow kept the rockfall away. We had bare ice up to 2700m, then about 5cm of new snow above 2800m. This made for good climbing on ice and solid ice anchors all the way up. The bergschrund crossing is in good shape. Some drifting snow starting to obscure the edges of crevasses higher on the route.
Felt like a fall day and we wore all the warm clothes we brought.
