Up at the pass again today under mostly cloudy skies with intermittent snow. Another 8cm fell during the day and coupled with the ~30 new over the last few days, there's now just enough to hide largeish boulders.

There was little wind so the new snow is soft (4F-F) and the bond with the underlying rain crust (now down amywhere from 50-80cm) is slowly strenghtening. Field snow depths ranged from 80-120cm.

Numerous creeks still open sometimes require circuitous routes. Heavy trailbreaking with 40cm ski penetration.
