[MCR] Snow in Main Ranges

New snow overnight and today in the mountains is down to near treeline. At
the upper elevations as much as 15cm has accumulated and more in drifts
with strong westerly winds. Routes like Mt Temple East Ridge and Mt
Victoria are definitely in "full conditions" and not recommended. A 400
meter un-roped fall from the upper slopes of Mt. Lefroy this afternoon was
partly related to new snow over ice and rock conditions. Luckily the
patient ended up with only ankle injuries and lacerations and bruising.
