[MCR] Rockies, North Ghost

We enjoyed a great day in the North Ghost today on House of Sky & GBU.

Temps hovered around -5C with light cloud and calm conditions all day, despite the forecast. The road was in very good condition with only minor drifting of the latest storm snow. Recent road grading and snowfill have significantly helped smooth out the potholes, too. Likewise, none of the usual issues with creek crossings all the way in.

HoS was very snowy, taking some of the angle out of the main pitches and turning the shorter steps more into step kicking than ice climbing. GBU was in good condition (clearly lots of action last weekend) with V-threads a-plenty on top.

By late afternoon, winds became gusty and strong from the NW, but with only moderate transport. Ultimately, not much blowing around in the Ghost today compared to conditions in the Bow Valley.
