This avalanche is over a week old, but I finally got some good light to
make a photograph so I thought it still may be of interest. The entire NE
face of Mt. Lefroy failed down to firn or glacial ice. Estimate size 3.5.
This occurred with wind loading on approximately Dec 07. The potential for
large full depth releases on this type of feature will likely resurface
with further loading.
