[MCR] Avalanche Control - Whymper and Bourgeau

Parks Canada is planning avalanche control
on Mt. Whymper (Kootenay) and Mt. Bourgeau (Banff) on Monday March 5th.
Please, no outdoor activities of any kind in these areas.  Thanks
