A size two avalanche was observed on upper Lipalian above Larch Ski Lift
today. There is a chance that this avalanche was remotely triggered by a
party ascending the ridge earlier in the day. A full call out response was
initiated by the Lake Louise Snow Safety and Patrol. Search with beacon and
Recco produced no signals. Helicopter response with dog confirmed no entry
track and investigation with the party confirmed no involvement.
