Great spring skiing in the Bow Summit area today.
Solid crust up to the peaks on all solar aspects with good corn skiing by midday on E asp. 5-10 cm of powder over a firm base on N aspects above 2200m, dust on crust below. Limited daytime heating with broken skies and convective squalls. 2cm new snow during the day. Crust carried all the way to valley bottom in afternoon. No new avalanches observed.
