We climbed the SW face of Mt King George today.
The trail in is pretty good considering it's not a trail.
The traverse ledge and the cliffs above it are snow free. The glacier had good
step kicking. The summit gully is almost melted out to the ice. Hard to say
what late day snow conditions are like as we were off the mountain by 9 am.
Looking over to Joffre, the north face on that is icing up.
