Reports are of dry trails up to the about 2300m where the Opabin plateau levels off, and a rather sudden change to a deep snowpack at that elevation. South facing slopes (Wiwaxy Gap trail) are melted dry, as is the south facing rock up to the high alpine. North facing areas and most terrain above 2500 meters is still pretty snow covered, but in general the place looks good, and well ahead of schedule for the time of year. Nice time for Lefroy or Glacier Peak while they are snow covered and after a good freeze. Read online (including photos, geolocation data, etc.)
