[Trailex] Canmore East of off leash July 12, 2006, 9 pm

While riding, saw a sub adult grizzly bear on the old mining trail opposite the 
off-leash dog area (South of Prendergast Place) - it was about 5 meters off the 
trail.  I  stopped and we both looked at each other (the bear was standing, 
trying to see me) and I slowly headed off.  I looked back after a couple 
seconds and the bear was gone.
