Hello,
Neil Baker and I walked in and out of the Bow hut yesterday. Patchy snow started just after the large chockstone and became more wide spread after the canyon. The headwall required little walking on snow and we were not worried about avalanche because of the patchyness of the snow. The snow was supportive where it was deeper and upto mid thigh where it wasn't. I would expect good travelling conditions on the icefields at the moment.
Plan on adding an extra 50% to your regular travel time.
Slowly but surely turning into sunmmer out there.
