[MCR] Monashees SW of Mica

The last warm wet week followed by a couple days of sun has finally started to expose the ground below 2000 m. Above that elevation the ridges are bare on S aspects. The only glacier ice to be seen so far is on steep seracs. Crevasses are starting to become visible. Overnight freezes have been rare, but the boot penetration is generally less than ankle deep except for around rocks or over creeks.
