Wonderful skiing off the Spray Valley Rd today. 15-20cm of very low density new snow overlies crust on west aspects. Evidence of old widespread avalanche cycle on surface hoar on even low angle slopes. Most of the debris is now buried but still barely visible on the surface. Couldn't feel it much under our skis. It was reassuring to ski slopes that had slid previously.
