Overall great skiing however the Glacier Park bulletin was spot-on when it talked about the 12 Feb. buried surface hoar layer present nearly everywhere (every aspect and most elevations).  We didn't venture into the Alpine but found the little buggers at:

SE aspect @ 1680 metres (Grizzly Shoulder)
NW asp @ 1970 metres (Bonney moraines)
SE asp @ 1515 metres (Christiana Glades)

Size, orientation & reactivity varied depending on the stiffness of the overlying snow surface, but it stood out in most of our pit walls.  We avoided big open slopes and unsupported terrain.

Temperature crust was forming below 1100m on our walk out Bostock Creek yesterday afternoon.
