Fellow guide Jean Gamilovskij and I climbed the Central Pillar to the Weeping
Pillar today 7 March. With warmer temps, the March sun is taking its toll. Sun
affected ice throughout making good gear often challenging to find. The route
climbed well with good sticks in the soft ice.
Of note, after 1300h the cliffs bands around the Upper Weeping Wall were
producing significant sluffs. Keep your heads up out there this weekend.
