> I climbed murchison today in a team of 3 on the left side and a team of two climbed the right side.
> The trail was blown in above treeline and required some knee deep post-holing to get to the base of the route.
> The route is mostly blue and not too Sun affected.
> There is a dagger and a cornice threatening the left side of the route, caution on a sunny day.
> We had a cloudy day with spin drift on the last pitch.
> Some of the v-threads were very melted out.
> We observed several ice avalanches from an active serac across the highway.
> We noticed that the mountains on the west side of the highway were considerably snowier than the east side.
> No avalanches observed at bow summit area, but a Na 2.0 slab, ran by the ice climb called political world, with dirt in the track.
> Not much new snow at the highway elevation, but lots of transport at ridge top.
