Snow is melting rapidly at camp elevation (1775 m). 80 cm on the ground last week, now 0-50 cm depending on solar exposure. Minimal foot penetration except around logs and rocks and improving at higher elevations. Spring skiing looks good above 2000 m on N elevations. No sun cups yet.  Good freeze up on clear nights. Minor isothermal sloughing with daytime warming in steep terrain. No recent fresh snow observed at elevations up to 2500 m.
