I guided the ice/mixed climb "Amadeus" yesterday, November 24.
The route is in good shape right now. A smattering of ice makes the
awkward traverse onto the ledge at 1/3 height more manageable, and
the upper ice is well attached to the rock as of Nov 24.
The approach trail was affected by the June floods, and the trip up
to the climb is easier in the trees to the right of the gully.
Take care,
Grant Meekins
