Had a good look around the north part of the Lake Louise group today, photos of Mt Hector, Balfour, Cathedral and Temple are attached.
The glaciers on the Wapta look well covered, and recent reports from Bow Hut agree with this. You can see on these photos that bare ice is just starting to appear at the toe of the glaciers.
North Face of Temple is starting to dry out. Still snow on the ledges and I would expect lots of water running, but the north facing rock is certainly drying out by the day.
Forecast for this week is clear and close to 30 degree for the next 7 days.
