[MCR] Avalanche Control - Mt. Hector, Dennis, Stephen and Burgess

Avalanche control is planned for Mt. Hector
(BNP) and Mt. Stephen, Dennis and Burgess in Yoho on February 10th. Please
no outdoor activities of any kind in these areas tomorrow.
