[MCR] Coast Tantalus Range Conditions

Subject: [MCR] Coast Tantalus Range Conditions

Just got out of the Tantalus Range yesterday.
In general there are lots of open crevasses and hardly any snow. As expected,
there are many loose rocks this summer caused by the lower than normal snow
levels. Most standard routes are still doable but will take longer than normal
with the lack of snow, difficult moat crossings and glacier travel. Some of the
normal rappels are now longer than 30m to reach the snow or glacier.
See attached photos for ice and snow conditions.
