I climbed Cascade Kronenbourg and Carlsberg Column today. Temps were about
-10. Cascade Kronenbourg was easy for its grade and Carlsberg Column was
tough for its grade. The 1st pitch of Carlsberg Column was quite a bit more
challenging than its neighbour. The tool placements were mediocre at best and
it was challenging to find good gear. The gear on Cascade Kronenbourg was
plentiful and the sticks were good. Both routes were dry.
Cheers,
